Description

Letter sent from Zagreb to Osijek 14.06. 1941. Accurately franked for letters weighing 51 to 250 grams with four provisional stamps one of which is with INVERTED overprint. Literature states the existence of inverted overprint, but until now seen are mostly on MNH stamps and falsified stamps. This overprint is created by inverted placement of stamp in sheet before overprinting which is proved by the traces of the hinge on the back. Unique.Arrival on the back. Very good quality.
