1961, Katanga, routing via Belgium, part of envelope, franked with (4x) 1,50fr - Katangese Art issue, written in Tenke / Katanga, carried by a settler returning to Belgium and finally posted with additional postage (1x) 3fr Baudouin Type Marchand issue in Leopoldsburg Dec. 30, 1961, and sent to Brussels, Belgium, the stamps of Katanga have been cancelled in Leopoldsburg (normally the Katanga stamps should not have been cancelled with this type of cachet), ex collection J. Herreweghe, illustrated in the book of Brandeleer pg. 77, a very scarce item, master piece of Katanga postal history
