Description
1897, Small Figures surcharges on Empress Dowager, 10c on 9ca
dull green, surcharge double (Chan 44f. Scott 35a), Pane 4,
position 10, excellent color, unused with large part original gum,
Very Fine example of this elusive rarity.
Only one sheet of twenty was produced with the double surcharge,
and Tony Kwan has documented and plated all twenty examples (19
unused and one used).
