Information for online dispute resolution: The European Commission presents an Internet platform for online dispute settlement (so-called "ODR platform") as a focal point for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts on goods or services used.

BALLON MONTE, 1870, 20.12., Brief geflogen mit "LE LAVOISIER", adressiert an die Berliner Volks-Zeitung, ein damals sehr wichtiges linksliberales Blatt, mit gutem 50c.-Porto (10 + 40c.) für Norddeutschland. Innen der (als Hektographie) gedruckte handschriftliche Text in DEUTSCH, eine Übersetzung des "Journal de la Republique Francaise"! In der uns vorliegenden Literatur ist ein solches Journal in deutscher Sprache nicht verzeichnet. Ein Liebhaberstück in denkbar bester Erhaltung! ÷ BALLON MONTE, 1870, 20.12., lettre volée avec "LE LAVOISIER", adressée au Volkszeitung à Berlin, avec un bon port de 50c. (10 + 40c.) pour l'Allemagne du Nord. A l'intérieur, le texte (imprimé) en ALLEMAND, une traduction du "Journal de la République Française" ! Dans la littérature dont nous disposons, un tel journal en langue allemande n'est pas répertorié. Une pièce de collection en très bon état !
