Lebanon Stamps. 1925, COLORS PROOF stamps of Grand Liban on three official paper of H.C.S.G.L. for Postal Administration information. All values printed are only in “Latin”: Mouktara type 1.25P, Zahle type 2P, Beyrouth type 25P. They were prepared by Helio Vaugirard print house, by painter drawings Joseph de la Neziere, to test design and colors. All comes directly from the specific matrix plate, with the stamps cut out and mounted on the perforated cardboard. Very nice painstaking work which results in a superb color palette for each page.
