On all lots sold a commission of 15% on the hammer price is payable by the buyer. If the purchase price has not been paid within the time limit, nor lots taken up within seven days from date of sale they may be resold and any loss arising from such sale will be charged to the defaulter. Any account more than thirty days in arrears is subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month so long as the account remains in arrears. If the auctioneer, in his discretion, should institute any action to secure payment of a delinquent account the defaulting purchaser shall pay all expenses incurred by the auctioneer and such charges will be added to the amount owed.

1846-1926 collection on pages, mostly unused, with Rhode Island Postmaster Provisionals, 1851 12c black, with 1974 PFC stating "unused, o.g., that it is genuine with stains", 1857 with 1c, 3c and 10c, 1861 3c essay, 5c brown (disturbed gum, short perfs, with APS cert.), 10c green with original gum (faults, with APS cert.), 12c, 15c, 24c lilac and 24c gray (regummed, PSAG cert.), 1867 Grills to 15c, 1869 1c and 2c, 1875 2c Re-Issue, nice selection of Banknotes to 90c, 1890 to 90c, 1893 Columbians to 30c, plus $3 (with clear 1980 PFC), 1894-95 Bureau Issues to $2, (1895 50c and $2 with PSE certs, the latter thin), 1898 Trans-Mississippi to 10c, Pan-Americans, 1902 Issue to 50c, plus $5, Louisiana Purchase with 5c (PSE) and 10c (PSAG) n.h., Washington-Franklins fairly complete to $5, Panama-Pacific, 1922-25 Liberty to $5, White Plains souvenir sheet, etc., Back of the book with Special Delivery E1-3 and E5 (n.h., creased with PFC), Postage Dues, with 1879 Issue complete, 1889 complete except for 3c (J18-19 with PFCs, J20 n.h. with PSE certificate graded "75"), 1891-93 complete except for 30c, 1895 set to 50c, Officials with Agriculture, Executive, Interior, Navy, Post Office and War complete, Justice to 24c, State $2, Newspaper Stamps with a nice selection including the First Issues, selection of Locals (quite possibly reprints) and Confederate States, with a selection of Provisionals (also possibly reprints) and regular issues, with various shades and varieties, mixed condition with unused, hinged and never hinged noted throughout, some faults noted, with 25+ certificates, fine-v.f. and powerful collection, worth inspection
