General Business and Delivery Conditions
- Prices are net and in Russian Rubles. Appro
- Managers will contact you during two days after the auction.
- A buyers commission of 15% including all taxes.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard (except USA and Great Britain) and Paypal.
- Commission: Visa/Mastercard +1,5% commission to the total sum of win lots + delivery; Paypal +3% commission.
- Delivery is only done by registered sendings. You will be able to discuss the express delivery with the manager after the auction.
- Big lots (usually more than 2 albums) – are not being send outside Russia. You can use an agent in Russia, who will take the lots from the auction.
- The stamps remain our property until fully paid.
- Any items that differs from their description might exchanged or returned in the period of 14th days after receiving the lots.
