Payment Details
Payment can be made online via PayPal.
Alternatively please contact us by email or phone if you wish to pay by Bank Transfer or Sterling GBP Cheque.
We will not charge your debit / credit card until despatch.
Ordering & Despatch
The item you receive will generally be the same as shown in the listing. If it is necessary to send another copy, it will be of the same quality as the item shown in the scans. Please note that colours seen online may not be true to life.
We will endeavour to post your order on the same or on the next working day.
At times when we are away from the office, a notice will appear on the website, warning of any delay and giving our return dates.
We offer free delivery worldwide.
Domestic mail will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class.
International orders are sent out by Royal Mail Standard International postage.
Please note: International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these, so please make yourself aware of any such charges before ordering.
For higher cost items we may use a Royal Mail Tracking Service.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if, in the rare event, the item is found to be damaged, not available for sale or we have made a mistake in the pricing. If payment has been made we will, of course, refund immediately and inform you by email
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied, all orders may be returned for a full refund or if possible / desired, a replacement. To do this, please inform us initially of your intent by email, quoting your order / reference number, to:

Returns should be sent as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Returned goods will only be refunded if they are received back in the same condition in which they were sent out.
Stamps should be packed securely with a piece of stiff card or plastic and should be in waterproof packaging and sent to:

Once we have inspected your returned item, we will refund via the same method as was used for in the initial payment.
We will only pay the return cost of postage if the item was faulty or did not match the description displayed on our site.
Alternatively, if you wish to return items because you have changed your mind for any reason, then you will be responsible for the postage costs back to us.
Please note that some of the earlier stamps were issued with gum that is tinged. They were never with “white gum”.
Privacy Policy
We will only collect information that is required or may be required to process your order.
We will not pass or sell your details on to third parties.
We use Paypal to collect payments via credit and debit cards. A link appears to take you to the secure site. As such, we never see your details and cannot store them.
