About Behr Philately
Behr Philately of Paris, France, has a private treaty sale with net prices. Over 5000 lots classic stamps and covers from worldwide including a large selection of British Empire, Europe & Asia. Please note that this is not an auction, it is a net prices sale.
PASCAL BEHR is a 3rd generation stamps dealer and AIEP expert. We sell classic stamps and worldwide rarities since 1920. Please don't hesitate to inquire about lots or anything more specific you are looking for as we do have other stamps and covers in stock. If you wish to sell or improve your collection please ask.
For sending by post by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the price is 15€.
For a shipment by DHL the flat rate is 35€.
For any other shipping method, shipping is at the risk of buyers with a basic package of 6€.
The carriage of bulky parcels will be charged at the actual amount.

The sale is effectively done by cash payment.
Each lot is accurately described and certified as written in the catalogue.
For photographed lots, the picture illustrates the centering, the cancellation, the state of the perforation. The colours of the pictures are not contractual.
No complaint will be allowed for this reason.
Numbers shown come from Yvert and Tellier, Maury or Ceres catalogues
of the current year.
Lots can be reserved for a period of 48 hours by fax or letter. If payment
or agreement does not arrive by this time, lots will be re-offered for sale.
Information or copies requests will not mean an automatic reservation of the lot. This reservation request has to be sent to us by written form.
We have big problems with lost letters so we change rules to send packages. All sending are made now by registered letter with acknowledge receipt. Below 150 €, a postage amount of 7 € including VAT will be invoiced. Between 150 € and1500 € a postage and insurance amount of 15 € including VAT will be invoiced. Over 1500 €, 25 € including VAT will be invoiced. Except by previous agreement with us, after one month, any unsettled invoice will be charged 1% agio per month (calculated on the invoice date).
Regarding new customers, only order forms with complete settlement
or philatelic or banking references will be accepted.
When lots do not give full satisfaction, these must be sent back after 48 hours from reception. After this deadline, lots will be assumed to be definitely sold and no claim will be accepted. Payment must be settled when requested.
All expertisedextension will be accepted only by an AIEP expert.
All the lots stay vendor property until full payment of the invoice.
The bank transfer charges are payable by the customer.

La vente se fait expressément au comptant.
Tous les lots sont scrupuleusement décrits, garantis authentiques et conformes à la description du catalogue.
Pour les lots photographiés, l'illustration tient lieu de complément de description pour le centrage, la dentelure, l'oblitération.
En aucun cas, la couleur des photos est contractuelle. Aucune réclamation pour ce motif ne sera reçue.
Les numéros indiqués sont ceux des catalogues Yvert et Tellier, Maury
ou Cérès de l'année en cours.
Les lots ne sont réservés que 48 heures. Si votre règlement n'arrive pas durant ce délai, les lots seront remis en vente.
Les demandes de renseignements, photocopies, n'entraînent pas de réservation automatique du lot. Cette demande de réservation doit nous être faite par écrit.
En raison d'un nombre croissant de perte de plis, nos conditions d'envoi sont modifiées ; tous les lots sont envoyés dorénavant par lettre recommandée avec AR. En-dessous de 150 euros, les frais de port sont facturés 7 euros ; de 150 euros à 1500 euros, les frais de port et d'assurances sont facturés 15 euros.
Au-dessus de 1500 euros, les frais de port et d'assurances seront facturés
25 euros.
Sauf accord préalable, toute facture non réglée dans le mois se verra pénalisée d'agios de 1 % par mois entamé (la date de la facture servant
de base de calcul).
Pour les nouveaux clients, seuls seront acceptés les bons de commande accompagnés du règlement ou de références philatéliques ou bancaires.
Tout lot ne donnant pas entière satisfaction devra nous être retourné sous 48 heures après sa réception (cachet d'arrivée de la poste faisant foi). Passé ce délai, les lots seront considérés comme définitivement vendus et aucune réclamation ne pourra être faite. Le règlement devra être acquitté dans son intégralité. Toute contre-expertise ne sera acceptée que si elle provient d'un expert de l'AIEP.
Les lots restent la propriété du vendeur jusqu'au règlement intégral de la facture, le transfert de propriété ne se faisant qu'à ce moment.
Les frais de virement bancaire sont à la charge du client.

The customer may access the content of his order at any time by logging on to the site and opening the "my account" tab. The general terms and conditions can be consulted from any page of the site.
The customer is required to verify the completeness and veracity of the information he provides to behr when ordering and in particular his delivery address.
All lots remain the property of the owner until full payment.
Complaints must be made with on 14 days of receipt of lots. At the end of this period, the complaint will not be allowed. No complaint is accepted for the made up lots and collections. All expertised-extension will be accepted only by an aiep expert. In the event of ligitation, only the commercial tribunal of paris is qualified
