Die Marke ist ringsum außergewöhnlich breitrandig geschnitten, unten li. sogar noch mit einem Teil des danebenliegenden Andreaskreuzes und trägt einen klaren R2 WIEN. Wegen Mehrgewichts wurde der Brief mit 15 Kr. nachtaxiert. Einer der schönsten bekannten Briefe mit Andreaskreuz. Die 9 Kr. Handpapier ist in dieser Form auf Brief bei Mi. nicht bekannt, ein Brief mit der 9 Kr. Maschinenpapier wertet mit 100.000,-.
