The legal VAT is not charged on goods shipped to countries outside of the EU if the corresponding export certificate is submitted. The procurement services for customers from the EU, no German value added tax is charged under application of the reverse-charge mechanism if it concerns company customers and these customers can prove their identity as a business enterprise via submission of their national VAT ID number with the bid. DAS MÜNCHBERG-PROVISORIUM: 6 Kr. blau, diagonale Halbierung, wundervoll farbfrisch, allseits voll- meist breitrandig geschnitten, rechts mit durchgehender Trennungslinie auf wunderschönem Brief mit klarem übergehendem geschlossenem Mühlradstempel "324" und beigesetztem ebenso klarem Halbkreisstempel "MÜNCHBERG 19.8.(1866)" nach Bayreuth mit Ankunftsstempel. Von diesem Provisorium sind einige wenige Briefe aus Juli bzw. August 1866 bekannt geworden, die zu den großen Raritäten von Bayern zählen. Bei dem hier angebotenen Exemplar handelt es sich um den unserer Meinung nach schönsten bekannten Brief. Er zierte bereits die berühmte Boker-Sammlung und erzielte bei der 8.
