Information for online dispute resolution: The European Commission presents an Internet platform for online dispute settlement (so-called "ODR platform") as a focal point for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts on goods or services used.

The auctioneer receives a commission from the buyer of 22 % of the hammer price plus EUR 1,50 for each purchased lot. For lots marked with a circle (○) next to the lot number an additional 19%VAT on the hammer price will be charged (standard taxation). This charge does not apply to dealers outside Germany and within the European Union with a turnover tax identication number.
Therefore, starting from this March 2024 auction, all lots marked with a black dot (•) following the lot number will be debited to all buyers with 7% under the description ‘import fees’ (not tax, non deductable) on their invoices. This includes also those buyers from outside the European Union. Waiving the 7% is unfortunately not possible. Buyers from Germany and the European Union always had to pay this fee. This remains unchanged.

1886, 20 Pfennig mittelultramarin im 15er-Block und Einzelmarke je mit Stempel “APIA DEUTSCHE POSTDAMPFSCHIFFS-AGENTUR 14.11.87” als tarifgerechte Mehrfachfrankatur rückseitig auf Paketkarten-Stammteil nach Wiesbaden mit Ankunftsstempel. Die farbfrischen Marken sind zum Teil etwas fleckig, das Formular mit kleinem, mit Falz hinterlegtem Einriss und leichter waagerechter Faltung (durch eine senkrechte Zähnung der Marken-Einheit gehend), sonst in guter Gesamterhaltung.
