Information for online dispute resolution: The European Commission presents an Internet platform for online dispute settlement (so-called "ODR platform") as a focal point for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts on goods or services used.

Auction Conditions:
The auctioneer receives a commission from the buyer of 22 % of the hammer price plus EUR 1,50 for each purchased lot. The buyer will be charged with the cost of postage, packing, insurance and the cost of import if necessary. 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) on commissions and expenses (not on the hammer ...more
For lots marked with a circle (○) next to the lot number an additional 19%VAT on the hammer price will be charged (standard taxation). This charge does not apply to dealers outside Germany and within the European Union with a turnover tax identication number.
Therefore, starting from this March 2024 auction, all lots marked with a black dot (•) following the lot number will be debited to all buyers with 7% under the description ‘import fees’ (not tax, non deductable) on their invoices. This includes also those buyers from outside the European Union. Waiving the 7% is unfortunately not possible. Buyers from Germany and the European Union always had to pay this fee. This remains unchanged.

18 Kreuzer ockerbraun, 9 Kreuzer rötlichbraun und 7 Kreuzer grauultamarin je mit klarem EKr. “WORMS ** 19.8.74” als tarifgerechte Frankatur auf R-Faltbriefhülle der 3. Gewichtsstufe bis 30 g mit schwarzem Ra1 “Chargé” sowie rotem Ra1 “Recomandirt.” und “PD” nach Paris mit Ankunftsstempel. Die Briefhülle mit Falt- und Beförderungsspuren, die farbfrischen Marken sind sehr gut geprägt und üblich, teils leicht unruhig gezähnt, in einwandfreier Erhaltung. Eine sehr dekorative und äußerst seltene Buntfrankatur mit der 18 Kreuzer aus der bekannten Cornelius Heyl-Korrespondenz. ProFi hat nur eine weitere Buntfrankatur mit gleicher Frankatur-Kombination registriert - eine große Brustschild-Seltenheit, Fotoattest Brugger BPP (2013)
