superlative stamp in all respects, with immaculate color and
centering on bright paper and sporting jumbo margins, Extremely
Fine to Superb, only three stamps grade thus, a single 98
higher, in PSE's Population Report, with 1983 P.F., 1989 P.F.
and 2025 P.S.E. certificates, the last graded XF-SUP 95.
