AUCTION CONDITIONS

    1) The auction is in Euro. Please note that in case of cash payment from € 15,000, - according to EU directives, identification is   mandatory.

    2) The minimum increase is up to € 100,-, € 5,-, up to € 200,-, € 10,-, up to € 400,-, € 20,-, up to € 1.000,-, € 50,- over € 1.000,-, € 100,- and so on. Bids that do not correspond to these increment rates will be rounded up or down. Orders such as unconditional, best, in any case, will be carried out up to 10 times the starting price.

    3) We reserve the right to regroup, combine or withdraw individual lots.

    4) The description of individual lots is made with the utmost care. In the case of photographed stamps and covers, the margin, postmark, perforation, centering, etc., are determined by the illustration and thus constitute an integral part of the description. The authenticity of the individual stamps auctioned by us is guaranteed. In the case of collections and collective lots, complaints cannot be considered. Complaints must be made no later than 8 days after receipt of the lots. The complaint period is considered to be exceeded if the lots have not been accepted in due time. In case of complaints, it must be proved that the catalog description is incorrect. All others - as arbitrary - will not be accepted. Justified complaints will be accepted. However, the auction lot must be returned in the condition delivered by us, i.e. with all enclosures and on the lot card, which is not handed over to the customer only in case of foreign shipment. Inspection fees for purchased lots shall be borne by the buyer. If the buyer sends a lot for inspection, the auctioneer must be informed within 8 days after taking over the lot, otherwise the complaint period (6 weeks) expires.

    5) The lot is awarded to the highest bidder, one increment above the second highest bid. In the event of bids of equal value, the bid received first shall have priority. A commission of 24% will be added to the hammer price. The lot fee per lot is € 3.60.

    6) With the acceptance of the bid, a contract of sale is concluded between the auction house and the bidder, which obliges the bidder to accept the lot. The lots are sold in the condition they are in at the moment of the knockdown. Ownership of the auctioned goods shall pass to the buyer only upon payment of the full purchase price, and the risk shall pass to the buyer upon acceptance of the bid.

    7) The bidder undertakes to pay for the auctioned lots within 14 days or, after notification of a purchase made by him/her, to observe a payment period of 10 days. The purchased lots will not be handed over to the bidder unknown to us before the full invoice amount has been paid. If the payment is made after the due date, the buyer will be charged 1% interest on arrears per month or part thereof.

    8) It is expressly agreed that the value of the claim (plus ancillary claims) shall remain stable. The consumption price index 2010 published monthly by STATISTIK AUSTRIA or the index ex officio replacing it shall serve as a measure for calculating the stable value. The index figure calculated for the month preceding the surcharge shall serve as the reference figure for adjustments under this Agreement. Fluctuations of the index figure upwards or downwards up to exclusively 5 % shall be disregarded. This range of variation shall be recalculated each time it is exceeded, either upward or downward, and the first index figure outside the applicable range shall always form the basis for both the recalculation of the claim amount and the calculation of the new range. All rates of change shall be calculated to one rounded decimal place.

    9) The delivery of the purchased auction lots shall be effected by the post office in privately insured registered mail at the expense of the buyer, with a minimum charge of € 8,- for domestic and € 10,- for foreign countries.

    10) Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is A-2620 Neunkirchen, but we reserve the right to sue the debtor at his place of residence.

    11) We accept credit cards Pay Pal. In these cases 4,8 % will be added to the invoice amount.

    12) By placing a bid, the terms and conditions of the auction are accepted in full.
