Ulrich Felzmann 17th e@uction
December 13th - 15th, 2017
Christmas time, mistletoe and wine ...! Just in time for the holiday season, a whole host of philatelic gems will be going under the hammer at our 17th e@uction. As well as all the Christmas traditions, you can look forward to two exciting events full of philatelic highlights. We will be beginning at 6 p.m., by which time it will already be cold and dark outside. The perfect time to spend the evening participating in the e@auction from your comfort of your own computer.
The focus on the first evening will be on airmail and Zeppelin mail and international philately. On the Zeppelin mail front, there is an attractive South America Flight LZ 127 from 1930 (Lot 10083), and China is featured extensively once again with a block of Mei Lan-fang (Lot 10435) and imperforate Mei Lan-fang stamps (Lot 10434). Our European neighbours also have a part to play, including Belgium (Lot 10544), Luxembourg (Lot 10627) and Austria (Lot 10678). The second evening showcases German philately with a “Help For The Needy” block (Lot 10991), a complete, neatly stamped Laibach airmail set (Lot 11128) and a 3-pfennig yellow-brown Jaluit issue (Lot 11064). Following this are postmaster separations from Coswig (Lot 11254) and Gaschwitz (Lot 11274). And, needless to say, the “Kerstfest” stamp, which is available in MNH condition (Lot 11417).

Short Terms and Conditions
The (net) acquisition price forms the basis for calculating the premium to be paid by the buyer, which is subject to differential taxation without indicating VAT.
For buyers in European Union countries: Consumers pay a standard premium of 20%. Dealers (as defined in the German VAT Act – UStG) pay a premium of 20% on goods that are subject to differential taxation (this premium includes 19% VAT) plus postage and insurance. For dealers, the invoice can be issued with regular taxation. In this case, the premium is 16.8% plus 19% VAT on the total of acquisition price and premium and postage/insurance. The movement of goods within the EU can be exempted from VAT in accordance with statutory provisions (with VAT registration identification number).
For buyers resident in third-party countries (outside the EU): Buyers pay a premium of 16.8%. If Auktionshaus Ulrich Felzmann GmbH & Co. KG exports the goods to third-party countries itself or through third parties, the invoice will not contain VAT. If the goods are exported by the buyer him/herself or via a third party, VAT will be charged and reimbursed on presentation of the necessary proof of export. In all cases, the buyer him/herself will assume any import taxes or customs duties.
A premium of 16.8% will be charged for gold coins that are exempt from VAT.
