- No buyer’s commission.
- 15 days "no questions asked" return policy.
- Items must be returned undamaged and in original sealed holder.
- Personal checks must clear before merchandise is shipped.
- Please pay invoice within 4 business days of receipt.
- Unless gross misdecriptions occur, lots from all unreserved sales or bulky collections sales are not returnable whatsoever.

Methods of payment

Please note you can send:
- Check drawn on a US$ Bank.
- Check in Euro or Sterling equivalent. Please, ask for amount.
- Transfer in U$, € or £. Please, ask for amount and Bank details.
- You can pay by credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

All charges will be put through in pounds at the exchange rate of the day and an extra 4% will be charged for credit card payments. You can send us your credit card details, exp. data and security code in two differents emails.

- For small amounts you can send cash payments to our address (at your risk).
- We do not take Paypal payments.

Shipping rates

IMPORTANT NOTICE DELIVERY METHOD.
The U$ 7.00 of shipping and handling described in your invoice, refers only to regular delivery by ordinary mail. Using this method lots will arrive to you with no signature upon arrival and also with no insurance (at your risk), see our Terms & Conditions. If you pay us only U$ 7.00 as stated in the invoice, this implies that you want us to use this economic service.

If you prefer a more secure delivery method, please consider the following figures depending on your country of residence:

USA FedEx: + U$ 55.00
Worldwide FedEx: + U$ 75.00
Certified Mail (at your risk): + U$ 15.00
Ordinary Mail (at your risk), U$ 7.00

- Notice that Certified Mail is also at your risk.
- There is no certified service or insurance to USA by regular mail from Europe, being FedEx the only option available apart from ordinary mail.
