AN INCREDIBLY RARE TWO STAMP FRANKING OF THE 90-REIS FIRST ISSUE "BULLS-EYE". A MAJOR BRAZIL RARITY. This cover traveled from Rio de Janeiro to Rio Pardo which is located about 100km to the east of Porto Alegre - a distance of over 1,700km. With 1990 E. Diena (as "sono perfetti") and 2015 Moorhouse certificates.
