Description: Wilhelm Kress and his dragonplane. Unique historic documentation in a large binder of the famous Austrian aviation pioneer (1836-1913). He was the builder of the famous dragonplane. Included are original newspaper clippings, photos, postcards, special cancellations from his birthday celebrations and more. Included is also a printed report about aviation from Kress in 1905 as well as 3 original photos. These photos are extremely scarce. In an included newspaper report only a few photos are known which are owned by the technical museum Vienna.
