Terms and Conditons
Christ-Stamps and Phila-Live auction sales
- Bids are not retractable and obliges you to complete the transaction.
If rejection of the goods is repeated this will lead to termination of your
membership with PHILA-LIVE.
- 17% buyers commission and 1.50 Euro lot
fee will be added to the hammer price. If the goods are delivered to
Germany or any other countries within the European Union the actual V.A.T. will
be added on top of the bill. V.A.T. will not be charged to dealer receiving
goods within the E.U. who hold a valid tax identification number.
- Bids placed must reach the minimum asking price. If the buyer places
a higher maximum bid, we guarantee to keep this bid secret and we will bid on
behalf of the buyer only if it is necessary to increase the bid.
Example:
The current highest bid is 110,- EUR. The buyer is willing to pay a maximum of
200,- EUR. Another bidder places a bid of 120,- EUR following a bid of 130,-
EUR automatically by the first buyer. If no other bid is placed, the lot goes
to buyer no. 1 at 130,- EUR. The buyer will never have to pay more for the lot
than the maximum bid placed and won't have to pay anymore for the lot than
necessary.
- Bids can be entered until the "Live auction starts. You are able to
participate in the live auction, if you are registered for it at least 24h in
advance. We would like to add that bids be placed well in advance as we cannot
guarantee that due to heavy server load all bids placed in the last minutes
will reach us in time.
- CHRIST-STAMPS reserves the rights to lengthen or shorten auctions if
need be.
- According to our knowledge, the description of the lots have been
made accurately as possible. Yet we are not responsible for the material in
itself. Any complaints should be placed within 10 days on delivery of the lots
with Christ-Stamps. As regards to larger lots, e.g. collections, e.t.c.
complaints may not be placed as regards to the quality and quantity of the
lots. Unless otherwise stated catalogue prices are subject to change. Lots
listed with flaws may not be returned on the basis of further faults.
Complaints of goods when flaws are visible from scans (e.g. tears, perforation,
postmarks, centering, etc) will not be accepted.
Under no circumstances
should complaints be placed if the goods have been tampered with. Tampering
includes in particular "Removing hinges, removing paper or watering, use of any
chemicals or marking of the goods". After Acknowledgement of the complaint, the
buyer will receive a refund. Claim of any other kinds will not be accepted.
- Postage and packing costs will be charged at cost-price. Goods will
be delivered at the recipients own risk. Goods are insured according to the
value of the commission fee.
- Payment: The highest bidder will forwarded an invoice by e-mail from
Christ-Stamps. Payment can be made by: using a Euro cheque, Money order in EUR
or US$ (We charge 10 Euro fee for US$ cheques below 1000$), direkt debit,
collection on delivery (not available in every country), Credit card (VISA and
MC), Paypal (additional 4% charge). Please note that all new clients exceeding
a total of 1000,-- EUR will need adequate references for Credit card payment.
Payment must be made to Christ-Stamps within one week. The goods will then be
posted at the owners risk. Installments are possible, please check with us
first. Christ-Stamps remain sole proprietors of the goods until full payment
has been made. .
- Goods not accepted on delivery or late payments will result in
termination of your membership immediately
- Any attempt to manipulate any of the data on the Christ-Stamps site
will result in termination of your membership immediately.
- Please Note: German §86 and 86a StGB
The condition
for any acquisitions from my offers is for you to take notice of §86 and
$86a StGB, German Law. "A historical and military item from the year 1933-1945
with a third Reich emblem, is not to be used in any propagandistical way. It is
strictly forbidden and a criminal offence."
The items only to be used,
among other things, for civil educational intention, historical research, to
report about the happenings of the NS-Time.
- Order Retraction Special regulations for private buyers within the
E.U. (German law: §3 FernabsG). The buyer has the right of order
retraction within 2 weeks after the arrival of the goods. The buyer has to send
back all items in original state and including original packing. After the
goods have been returned to Christ-Stamps the full amount will be refunded by
Christ-Stamps. Postage cost will be paid by the buyer.

relevant.
