For decades, Peter Rapp AG has been carrying out extremely successful stamp auctions with exclusive, internationally competetive offers. Discerning collectors and professional dealers have always been particularly appreciative of the high-quality single lots and, especially, of the many fully intact, original collections and untouched investment holdings that Peter Rapp has been offering in every auction. Our November 2008 auction will again be considered a major event in international philately.

 

Estimated and starting prices

Single lots are designated by our very conservative estimates, for example CHF 600.- to CHF 800.-. These estimated value ranges are only intended to serve you as a reference.

Unlike single lots, no estimates are given for collections, complete lots and estates, but starting prices. Experience shows that the knock-down prices for such lots are several times higher than starting prices.

Peter Rapp 2008 Stamp Auction Sale
The Rapp Auction House in Wil, Switzerland will set a new milestone in international auction history from November 24 to 27, 2008. Stamps and coins worth about 15 million Swiss Francs will be on sale. Selected single lots and comprehensive collections of the Swiss, European and Overseas areas will be contained in the offer.
